If you’ve already secured your ticket or sponsorship, here’s everything you need to know before arriving:

LOCATION | Drake’s: The Barn (985 Riverfront Street, West Sacramento, CA 95691)

WHAT TO WEAR | Semi-formal spring attire is encouraged. Please keep in mind that the event will take place outdoors on some grassy and uneven terrain. Thin and tall high heels are not encouraged. It is expected to be chilly in the evening, so please bring a jacket. 

WHERE TO PARK | If you will be driving, please arrive on time as there will be a Rivercats game at 6:45 p.m., which may limit parking near Drake’s. Parking on the street and in the lot off 5th and Bridge will be FREE the evening of the event. Please do not pay for parking, even if you park on the street. There will be a shuttle running between the lot at 5th and Bridge and the venue. Click here to view the event parking map »

TIME | Please see below for the schedule of events:

• 5:30 p.m. Doors open / reception
• 7 p.m. Program begins
• 8:40 p.m. After party begins
• 10 p.m. Event concludes

WHAT YOUR TICKET INCLUDES | Tickets include admission to the event, two drink tickets, hors d’oeuvres, family style dinner, table wine and dessert. Dinner will include a variety of proteins and is designed to accommodate most diets, including vegetarian and vegan. Printed physical tickets are not required to enter the event. Attendees will be checked in by last name. If you have a last-minute name change, please check in under your company table.
